Is this Solar Eclipse?

I have taken this photo and video at the time (around 1.45 pm on January 15th) of Solar eclipse in India (Ottapidaram, Tamil Nadu)

We felt small change in the climate also (i-e intensity of sun light got reduced for few minutes)

But I am not sure whether it is really showing Solar eclipse.
What do you think? Is it really showing moon inside the Sun?
